This is Xavier, a friend of mine’s son. Today he was out with his birthmother, and was to be returned at 1:00. He wasn’t given back to his family, and her phone is shut off. He was last seen this morning in a tan sedan with dents in the front in Bloomfield, PA. I am asking all of you, no matter where you live, please pass this on.
